Keyword Searches

The second type of topic search is a keyword search.

When you do a keyword search in a database, the search looks through the following:

• Title
• Author
• Subject
• Notes (which sometimes include information on chapters within books)
• Abstracts
• Alternative Title
• Other Authors / Other Contributors
• Description
