This is a comprehensive Web site covering free (open access), full text, scientific and scholarly journals that use a quality control system.
Eigenfactor.org - from the University of Washington
Provides the Article Influence and Eigenfactor to scholarly journals, popular magazines, PhD theses, and newsprint in the natural and social sciences. The Article Influence is a measure of a journal's prestige based on per article citations and comparable to Impact Factor. The Eigenfactor is a measure of the overall value provided by all of the articles published in a given journal in a year.

Journal Citation Reports (AU Community only)
JCR Web presents quantifiable statistical data that provide a systematic way to evaluate science and social science journals and their impact and influence. JCR Web has the latest five-year data on a journal. For information dating back further, one must consult the print/microfiche version:

Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (AU Community only)
The principal serials database, Ulrich's provides information on over 271,000 periodicals and serials from 80,000 publishers in over 200 countries. It also lists the indexes and databases that index a journal.
Hint: Using Advance Search, one can retrieve journal titles by subject and limit it to only active and/or refereed journals or those that are covered in the Journal Citation Report.
