Gateway. Searchable online catalog of more than
2,000 Internet resources. Developed in Britain,
so the Web sites are predominantly British, although
more than one quarter of the resources are of U.S. interest.
Architecture Internet Resources. From the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Artcyclopedia. Links to information sources on artists. You can find basic information, images of works on the web, museum collections of the artists works, and titles of books about the artist. One nice feature is a notation about which images can be used in projects. Best searched by artist name.

This database contains information about artists
from the 16th century to the present day. Biographies,
auction records, bibliographies, a dealer and museum
directory, feature categories, exhibition information,
and essays are available.

This site focuses on works of structural engineering
from ancient times to today. Ten thousand structures
are represented.

of the Shuttle. A dizzying array of links to
