Open Publication License Information

A number of institutions have contacted me about making the tutorial available for adoption and/or modification under an Open Publication License. I have discussed this idea with my colleagues and my director. We are currently consulting University Counsel, but we anticipate being able to make the tutorial available in this way. Assuming this is approved, we will make the files available, complete with the directions about how to modify it. As soon as the very final version is "locked off," I'll make the files available.
