OCLC Reciprocal Borrowing / Faculty Visitors

American University Library participates in the OCLC Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program. Faculty visiting American University from almost 190 participating research libraries are eligible to borrow circulating library materials. Faculty must pre-register for an identification card at their home institutions.

Through this cooperative effort, American University faculty may also be eligible to use materials or borrow materials at nearly 190 participating research libraries. American University faculty members may come to the Circulation Desk (202-885-3221) in order to receive an OCLC Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Card.
