Mission:
Information culled from library assessment tools indicates that many users are unaware of or have limited knowledge about existing services provided by the library. The Marketing Team Sub-Team will address this issue by creating a marketing campaign for the library. Members will identify key user groups and their needs and determine which of these needs merit focus for the first year. The team will form key messages geared toward those specific groups will identify appropriate communication vehicles for delivering messages. The Marketing Sub-team will work with the Strategic Planning Sub-team to involve library faculty and staff in the development of the plan.
