• High-quality and exhibit-ready
• Conform with University Library Exhibits Policy and the Exhibits Timeline

Who can display an exhibit?

• Anyone willing to meet the qualifications, although members of the American University community will be given priority

What type of exhibit space is available?

• See .pdf diagram of the space, including measurements (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to see the file)
• See photographs of the exhibit space and previously completed exhibits

What role does the Library Exhibits Team play in the development of exhibits?

• Selection
• Scheduling and coordinating preparation and presentation
• Assisting in the selection of a library component whether by choosing books from the collection to be displayed or by creating a bibliography
• Provide insurance for items on display
• Approval and production of lables, captions, a title, a comment book, and other written materials
