AUDIO RECORDING RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant American University the right and permission to audio record,

and to use the recording on websites and/or digital repositories managed by American University. In addition to the streaming audio file being available on the website, the file will also be available to download to a user’s personal computer. I also grant permission for audio recordings to be used in promotion of the website and/or digital repository.

I understand that the audio recording may be used for internal and/or external promotion by American University.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or any written copy that may be used in connection therewith.

I have read the release, understand it, and intend it to be a binding instrument.
